FAQs
The right weight depends on your experience and the type of movement:
- Beginners: Generally start between 8 kg – 12 kg to master form.
- Intermediate/Advanced: Usually range from 16 kg to 24 kg+ for strength and power.
- Pro-Tip: If you are focusing on ballistic movements (swings, cleans), you can usually handle a heavier weight than you would for overhead presses.
Yes, the cast-iron build and powder coating are highly durable. However, to keep your kettlebell in peak condition and prevent oxidation over time, we recommend storing it in a dry, indoor environment after your workout.
We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse (like dropping it on concrete) or intentional man-made damage.
Unlike standard glossy finishes, our powder coat provides a textured, matte surface. This significantly improves your grip—especially when your hands get sweaty—and holds chalk much more effectively, reducing the risk of the kettlebell slipping during high-intensity movements.
Absolutely. Our event-used gear has only been unboxed for specific competitions or demos. While they might have minor scratches or "battle scars" (aesthetic details), they are structurally perfect. Every unit is inspected to ensure it meets the same performance standards as a brand-new one.
