Argentinian Lago Guiraldes was crowned champion in the Elite category of The Greatness Fit Festival 2022

This Sunday, September 25th, marked the final day of The Greatness Fit Festival 2022, where athletes had to perform the toughest workouts of the event.

The day began with good weather, and they started with the Strongmans Fear workout, which most athletes described as one of the heaviest and toughest.

In this event, Lago Guiraldes took first place with a total time of 3:52, followed by Brayan Fajardo with a time of 3:59 and third place went to Diego Reza with 4:22.

In the semifinal, the Sprint workout was held, and only the top 10 advanced to the grand final. Luis Cacacho took first place in the event, followed by David Jiménez and Brayan Fajardo.

The grand final had an unexpected moment, because the athlete Luis Cacacho was injured in the middle of the competition and, leaving all his sweat and tears on the sand, had to withdraw; the public was quick to applaud his great effort.

Following this moving scene, Brayan Fajardo took first place, followed by David Jiménez and Lago Guiraldes in third.

Although the Argentinian did not finish first in the last two events, he still won the podium in the Elite category with a total of 721 points.

Brayan Fajardo finished in second place with 689 points, David Jiménez with 673 points, and in fourth place was Cacacho with 664 points.
