Costa Rican athletes gave it their all at the 2022 World Weightlifting Championships

Congratulations! Athletes Tatiana Salas and Kimberly Palacios were the only female representatives at the 2022 World Weightlifting Championships, which took place in Bogotá, Colombia from December 5 to 16.

In the overall standings , Tatiana Salas, who competes in the -71 kg category, finished in 33rd place.

On the other hand, Kimberly Palacios, ranked #40 in the 59 kg category.

Athletes from all over the world competed in this world championship, including Thailand, India, China, Colombia, South Korea, and many more.

This great event was held under the organization of the International Weightlifting Federation and the Colombian Weightlifting Federation.
