Over the years , multiple studies have shown the importance of exercise for the human body ; however, we must not overlook the great impact it has on children.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that children between 5 and 17 years old who do one hour of moderate physical exercise a day provides health benefits such as physical and cognitive development.
For young children, aerobic sports are the most suitable, as they help them develop their coordination, flexibility, balance and sense of rhythm.
