Don't miss it! If you like obstacle races, you definitely have to be part of "XTRM Race" , which will take place this coming November 5th in La Garita, Alajuela.

"XTRM Race" has become the most anticipated extreme test for adventure lovers, because this type of competition merges all kinds of exercises, such as functional and cardio.

This year's course will be 6 kilometers long with at least 12 obstacles , including walls, a slide, a maze, monkey bars, a forest, a crawl, and more. There will also be surprise challenges.

Carlos Valenciano, the event's producer, told us that this obstacle course will challenge your mind, as it breaks the daily routine.

"What I like most is that every year we have to think about how we can create a better race and change the routes, bring new ideas for the obstacles... Personally, it's one of my favorite projects," Valenciano said.

The winners of the best female and male times will each receive a Doer Fitness vest.
