Noah Ohlsen
Noah is a renowned American CrossFit athlete who first competed in the sport at the age of 19. In 2014, at the age of 23, he made his CrossFit Games debut and finished in eighth place.
For the past 10 years, he has trained around 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, focusing on everything from weightlifting to gymnastics.
His main goal is to inspire others, to share his love for the sport, his lifestyle and his positivity with the community that follows him.
This year on his YouTube channel, he confirmed that 2023 will be his last year as an individual competitor. If all goes well, it will coincide with his 10th consecutive year competing in the CrossFit Games.
He would become the only athlete to achieve such a feat in the individual category . The closest is Ben Smith, who has also competed 10 times, but one of those appearances was in 2009 when there was no qualifying process.
At the 2019 CrossFit Games, Noah took second place and almost managed to take the title of "Fittest On Earth" from Matt Fraser, because, in that year, he wore the leader's shirt in most of the competition events.
-
Alexis Raptis
Alexis started in the world of CrossFit at an early age, debuting for the first time in the CrossFit Games when he was only 16 years old in 2015 in the Teen 16-17 category, that year he achieved fourth place.
Following this, she obtained her second qualification for the Games in 2016 at the age of 17, competing again in the Teen 16-17 category. That year she gave it her all and achieved a second place.
In 2022, he again qualified for the Games at the age of 23 and achieved a tenth place on the leaderboard.

Travis Mayer
Travis is not only recognized as a great CrossFit athlete, but also for having participated in two Winter Olympic Games as a freestyle skier. He won a silver medal in Salt Lake City in 2002 and finished seventh in Turin in 2006.
He participated in the CrossFit Games for the first time in 2014 and has participated in this great event 7 times since then.
Travis has three to five workouts per day. This includes weight training, swimming, running, and also conditioning and agility work.

Julian Serna
Before CrossFit, Julian trained in Capoeira, which, he notes, helped him with agility and coordination when he made the transition to CrossFit.
In 2022 he qualified for the CrossFit Games in the Master 35-39 category, where after much effort he obtained seventh place.
According to the Colombian, his greatest strength is training with heavy weights.
