Doer Fitness and Training Think Tank (TTT) They are joining forces to bring you a unique experience never before seen in Latin America where you can enhance your skills as an athlete/coach alongside the TTT team and star athletes from the CrossFit Games, this coming December 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

For the first time, we will have the TTT coaching team made up of:

  • Max the Hag

From a young age, Max showed great skill in sports, starting with judo when he was only 4 years old, after which he became a podium fighter in the New York championships and a soccer player.

After college, he started with golf, competed in jiu-jitsu and MMA, and then dedicated himself fully to CrossFit. He was coached by James Fitzgerald of Opex Fitness, competed in the 2010 CrossFit Games as part of a team, and in the 2011 CrossFit Games Regionals as an individual athlete.

In 2013, Max created and founded Training Think Tank, whose client list includes top CrossFit athletes. He currently coaches three of the top twelve competitors at the 2019 CrossFit Games: Noah Ohlsen, Travis Mayer, and Will Moorad. He also coaches several athletes who participated in the 2022 CrossFit Games.

She specializes in coaching, education, and strategic thinking within the CrossFit community.

  • Mia Gianelli

Mia started working for TTT in 2017. Being a sports enthusiast, she got into CrossFit, which led her to study Exercise Physiology in graduate school.

She has experience coaching youth track and field and soccer teams. She has also worked with strength and conditioning programs for university rowing, softball, and volleyball teams, along with a women's professional soccer program.

Mia is a competitive athlete and specializes in developing gymnastics skills for CrossFit athletes.

  • Mike McGoldrick

Mike started working for TTT in 2016. He spent his high school and college years playing ice hockey. Later, he developed a taste for CrossFit and began lifting weights, participating in the 2013 CrossFit Games in the individual category.

Their clients come from all sports, including hockey players, Olympic weightlifters, special forces and military personnel, CrossFitters, and alpine mountaineers.

He specializes in developing “Weightlifting” for CrossFit athletes.

What will the Coaches seminar in Costa Rica include?
You will be able to enhance your coaching skills; some key points that will be covered in the seminar are:

▪️How to modify skills for a beginner, an intermediate athlete, advanced athletes, and elites.
▪️We will conduct some workouts with the athletes and a personalized feedback session.
▪️We will focus on program design.
▪️Proper warm-ups, key points and the development of good technique in movements such as snatch and clean and jerk.
▪️Among many other things.
