These are 5 CrossFit workouts you can do at home

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, teleworking became much more common around the world, which is why people are increasingly looking to exercise from home.

Often we don't have the necessary equipment to do CrossFit at home, which is why we're bringing you 5 WODs that you can do from the comfort of your own home:

INTERVAL CARDIO: When you're fed up with weights and gymnastic movements, some high-intensity intervals will accelerate your heart rate.

10 rounds per time:

100m Sprint

walk 100m

“CINDY”: A classic CrossFit WOD, family-friendly and perfect for a home workout.

20 minutes AMRAP:

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 air squats

FULL-BODY SPRINT: Short bursts of movement with high rounds. This WOD will get you sweating fast.

7 rounds by time:

10 Push-ups

10 Air Squats

Run 200m

HERO WOD “MICHAEL”: “Michael” is a great cardio WOD.

3 rounds per time:

Run 800m

50 back extensions

50 sit-ups

GYMNASTIC MASTERY: For more advanced CrossFit athletes, this at-home WOD will activate and test your sense of balance.

20min AMRAP:

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Pistol Squats
