These are some WODs you can do as a couple to challenge your partner
If you practice CrossFit, you surely have a partner with whom you always challenge yourself, as it is a very close-knit community that enjoys the sport together.
If you train with someone you admire, love, and respect, workouts are always more fun, especially if you're doing a WOD, as it challenges you to the fullest.

That's why we've put together 5 WODs for couples:
1. René
7 rounds for a time of:
- 400m race
- 42 walking lunges
- 30 pull-ups
- 18 burpees
The race is done together. You can divide the rest as you wish.
2. Bike 150
Complete:
- 150 calories on an Air Bike
- While one person works on the bike, the other partner keeps doing squats.
- Calories can be distributed freely.
3.10 RFT
Complete 10 rounds in a time of:
- 20 wall balls.
- 20 sit-ups
Both exercises should be performed alternately (one per repetition) and in sync, passing the ball. The ball should weigh either 9 or 6 kg, depending on the pair.
4. Rowing 4000
Complete by time:
- 4,000m rowing.
While one rower, the other performs an AMRAP of:
- 5 T2B
- 10 power clean (60/40 kg)
- 15 push-ups
5. AMRAP 32
