Kenyan athlete Eliud Kipchoge triumphed for the fourth time in the Berlin Marathon and managed to break his own world record.

The 37-year-old ran at 2:52 per kilometer and finished with 2:01:09, thus surpassing his record of 30 seconds in the 5000 meter distance.

The double Olympic champion has won 15 of the 17 marathons in his career along with 10 major titles , something totally impressive in the world of athletics.

Thanks to his long and hard effort, the media categorizes him as the best marathon runner in this sport.

"I'm happy with my preparation and I think I progressed very quickly because of the teamwork. It's all down to teamwork. What motivates me is my family, and I want to inspire young people. Sport brings people together, and that's what motivates me," Kipchoge said.
