Isaac Rojas: CrossFit athlete and tenth grade student

Isaac Rojas, originally from San Carlos, is a tenth-grade student and a CrossFit athlete since the age of 9. At 12, he started competing on teams, and at 13, he had his first competition, which was Wodstock 2019.


His weekday schedule starts at 3:50am, he trains from 4:15am to 6:55am, after his training, he goes to school until 2:00pm.
He finishes his day with another training session from 3 to 5pm, having only Sunday off.

Thanks to her hard work, discipline, and dedication, she has achieved podium finishes at the national level. She also qualified for Wodapalooza, her first international competition, where she placed sixth.


One of his biggest dreams is to qualify for the CrossFit Games.
