Pablo Aguilar brings honor to Costa Rica at the CR Open Downhill 2023, being the best Latin American athlete at the event
The well-known Costa Rican downhill cyclist, Pablo Aguilar Omodeo , obtained an outstanding fifth place in the elite men's general classification in the C R Open 2023 international competition, also, He was the best Latin American athlete at that event.
The Costa Rican faced approximately 100 cyclists, half of whom were foreigners, and they competed in the UCI categories: female, junior male, and elite male.
American Neko Mulally was crowned champion of the elite men's category, followed by fellow American Tyler Ervin with a time of 2:59.378 and Russian Vlad Sherryuble came in third place with a time of 3:03.481.
After her great performance in the competition, Aguilar expressed her happiness with the results on her social media.
