Do you have a Netflix account and enjoy working out? The digital platform has partnered with Nike to enter the sports entertainment market with the new "Nike Training Club" program.

Now you can exercise from anywhere and at any time. This program is divided into 10 seasons and 115 episodes with routines that cover every need, from yoga, strength, and endurance to advanced exercises, all taught by Nike's best trainers.

The sports training programs are as follows:

1- How to strengthen your core in two weeks

It consists of seven episodes ranging from six to 21 minutes. Nike-certified trainers teach how to strengthen your core with quick routines which can be done individually or with the whole family.

2- The foundation of fitness

There are 13 episodes of 11 minutes each, taught by Alex Piccirilli, Kirsty Godso, David Carson and Tara Nicolas. These workout routines with top Nike trainers will get you in shape at your own pace, with no experience or equipment required . They target strength, stability, shoulders, arms, speed, legs, core, agility, coordination, and endurance.

3- High Intensity Training

It consists of 14 episodes, each lasting between 10 and 30 minutes. These are high-energy, full-body workout sessions. to achieve the best results with short routines.

4- Fitness to feel good

There are six episodes, each lasting from seven to 13 minutes. Start your day with lots of energy with this series of quick exercises led by Nike professional trainers Jerrelle Wilson, Maricris Lapaix, Lauren Schramm and Maria Wada.

5-10 minute workouts

It consists of 26 episodes of 10 to 13 minutes each. These routines are ideal for building strength and burning calories , when you need to make every second count.

6- Passion for vinyasa

There are six episodes, each 11 to 21 minutes long, in which Nike trainers show how to incorporate vinyasa yoga into your daily life to increase strength and release energy of body and mind. With Brandon Collinsworth and Johan Kest.

7- Bodyweight Burn

It consists of 16 episodes ranging from 10 to 31 minutes. Get maximum results without any exercise equipment. This high-energy series combines focused sessions and full-body routines .

8- 30 minute workouts

It consists of just three 30-minute episodes. During half an hour of high-energy interval training, short, intense bursts of effort are followed by recovery periods .

9-20 minute workouts

With 10 episodes of 17 to 22 minutes each, This program offers a full-body workout in just 20 minutes . The perfect fitness option for those with limited time.

10- Hit and strengthening with Tara

Over 14 episodes with a variable duration of six to 31 minutes, the motivating and optimistic coach Tara Lyn Emerson will guide you through a series of intense workouts, designed to build core strength and increase endurance .
