Costa Rican Noelia Vargas closes the year with a bronze medal at the Irish athletics championship
Pride! Costa Rican athlete Noelia Vargas Mena closed out 2022 by winning her first bronze medal in senior events at the 2022 Irish Race Walking Open , an athletics competition held in Dublin on November 18th.
The Costa Rican competed against athletes from all over the world in the 20-kilometer race walk.
This competition gives the younger of the Vargas sisters important points for the world ranking .
