Wodfest: In Search of the Most Complete Athletes

Wodfest , directed by Tomás Calvo , owner of Snaga Community Fitness in Escazú, celebrates its eleventh edition this year. This event is known for its high level of difficulty, challenging athletes with events that include swimming and even cycling .

It will take place at the Roble Sabana Events Center in San Rafael de Alajuela, from November 15th to 17th for RX athletes, and over two days for the other categories. Furthermore, one of the major attractions is that the RX winners receive a direct invitation to the Wodapalooza Latam Cup in Miami in 2025.

Baruk Games: The Growth of a Major Competitor

Baruk Games , led by Javier Chacón , owner of Baruk Fitness in Tibás, began as an internal competition that, thanks to its excellent organization, has continued to grow. This year, the event will be held at the International Christian School in Heredia and will feature 199 athletes .

The competition will take place from November 16th to 17th , promising thrills and incredible challenges.
