Zachary Tellier: CrossFit WOD dedicated to a war hero

This WOD was designed as a tribute to U.S. Sergeant Zachary D. Tellier , who died on September 29, 2007 at the age of 31 from injuries sustained when he stepped on a landmine in his vehicle.

This workout was first published in 2009, and the CrossFit community has paid tribute to it ever since. It's also a very unique WOD because you don't need any equipment to perform it , so you can do it at home or anywhere else without any problem.

This WOD is a For most people, it takes between 25 and 35 minutes to complete, and experts can finish in under 20 minutes. Remember that you can rest whenever and wherever you want, but the clock will always keep ticking.

It consists of the following:

  • 20 burpees
  • 25 push-ups
  • 10 burpees
  • 25 push-ups
  • 50 lunges
  • 10 burpees
  • 25 push-ups
  • 50 lunges
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 10 burpees
  • 25 push-ups
  • 50 lunges
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 150 air squats
