How long does free shipping take?
Once the purchase is made, we work to prepare the order as soon as possible; it usually takes between 2 and 6 days, but depending on the area and weight, it can take up to 30 days.

If you selected "Pick up at Doer Store Escazú," you can pick up your order at any time during store hours. To pick up your order, you will need your ID and the order number. What type of currency and exchange rate do they use?
Prices are in US dollars and the exchange rate used would be the selling rate of the National Bank of Costa Rica or BAC San José.
