Warranty
Warranty
All Doer Fitness products come with a warranty (accessories up to 30 days and machines up to 1 year warranty) regardless of whether they are new, refurbished, or used. The warranty covers: Manufacturing defects, issues occurring during installation performed by Doer.
The warranty does not cover: Damage due to misuse or improper use of the equipment, damage from omitting relevant information about the location where the equipment will be installed (for example, indicating indoor use and placing it in areas exposed to humidity, salinity, or wind) Normal wear and tear from use.
The product price or applied discounts do not affect the warranty.

Installation
Installation
The installation is not included in the product price. It is charged under the TIC format (Transport, Installation, and Placement).
For large equipment, the standard installation cost is approximately 7% of the product value.
The cost may vary depending on: Type of equipment, Location (inside or outside the GAM), Complexity of assembly.
In some specific cases, the installation cost may be negotiable.
For purchases over USD $55, the customer can inquire about free transport options through shipments.

How do I request my electronic invoice?You can request it in the notes section for the seller along with the billing information or you can contact us.

Support
All after-sales support is managed directly with Doer Fitness.
Doer only provides maintenance for equipment sold by Doer. Maintenance for equipment from other brands is not offered.
Maintenance plans vary depending on the type of equipment and can include: Monthly, Annual, Specific reviews (adjustments, inspections, parts replacement)
After the first year, Doer provides the inspection and labor, but the customer must cover the cost of spare parts or components.
To apply for warranty or perform maintenance, the customer must take the equipment to Doer's facilities.
Support is requested by contacting Doer Fitness directly.

Ver en GoogleWe needed heavier dumbbells for our home gym and found Doer through an online search. I wasn't expecting much from a fitness supplier. I could not have been more wrong. We were BLOWN AWAY by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I wish we had a bigger house because I have never seen gym equipment that is made so well (and I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years). Now for our dumbbells. They are rubber hex dumbbells. Are very well made and a great addition to our home gym. I am very thankful I found this place. They definitely earn their 5 star rating.
