Free Shipping Promotion Policy - Doer Fitness

Doer Fitness is pleased to offer, for a limited time, free shipping in Costa Rica on purchases over $55 that meet certain criteria explained below.

Maximum delivery times:

  • Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM): 12 business days.
  • Outside the GAM: 12 business days for purchases under 50 kilos and 20 days for larger purchases.

Delivery service:

  • 3 types of delivery:
    • Doer Fitness staff.
    • Costa Rica Post Office.
    • Parcel service.

Delivery schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday: The delivery location must be available from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • In the case of product exchanges or warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the new shipment to our facilities.

Restrictions:

  • For deliveries outside the GAM (Greater Metropolitan Area) weighing more than 5 kilograms, we deliver to the last population center that has delivery via parcel services.
  • For deliveries outside the GAM weighing less than 5 kilograms, we deliver as far as Correos de Costa Rica delivers.
  • Free shipping does not apply to delivery locations that can only be accessed by 4x4 vehicle.
  • Deliveries will not be made to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • In case of changes to the delivery address, you must notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid any problems.
  • The delivery time starts counting from the moment the order has been verified and your payment has been fully made.
  • Only one delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to Doer Fitness and the buyer will be required to:
    • Pick it up in person at our offices.
    • Send someone to pick it up.
    • Pay an additional cost for a new shipment.
    • If the intended recipient is not present at the delivery location, they must provide a letter of authorization for the person collecting the package.

Other restrictions:

  • Doer Fitness reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time.
  • Doer Fitness is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.
