Free Shipping Promotion Policy - Doer Fitness
Doer Fitness is pleased to offer, for a limited time, free shipping in Costa Rica on purchases over $55 that meet certain criteria explained below.
Maximum delivery times:
- Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM): 12 business days.
- Outside the GAM: 12 business days for purchases under 50 kilos and 20 days for larger purchases.
Delivery service:
- 3 types of delivery:
- Doer Fitness staff.
- Costa Rica Post Office.
- Parcel service.
Delivery schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: The delivery location must be available from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- In the case of product exchanges or warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the new shipment to our facilities.
Restrictions:
- For deliveries outside the GAM (Greater Metropolitan Area) weighing more than 5 kilograms, we deliver to the last population center that has delivery via parcel services.
- For deliveries outside the GAM weighing less than 5 kilograms, we deliver as far as Correos de Costa Rica delivers.
- Free shipping does not apply to delivery locations that can only be accessed by 4x4 vehicle.
- Deliveries will not be made to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- In case of changes to the delivery address, you must notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid any problems.
- The delivery time starts counting from the moment the order has been verified and your payment has been fully made.
- Only one delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to Doer Fitness and the buyer will be required to:
- Pick it up in person at our offices.
- Send someone to pick it up.
- Pay an additional cost for a new shipment.
- If the intended recipient is not present at the delivery location, they must provide a letter of authorization for the person collecting the package.
Other restrictions:
- Doer Fitness reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time.
- Doer Fitness is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.
