TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE “TRAINING THINK TANK” SEMINAR

Before proceeding with your registration for the seminar, you must read, understand, and accept the following terms and conditions:

The Training Think Tank (“TTT”) seminar is a seminar organized by DOER FITNESS in conjunction with the Training Think Tank team that will take place in Costa Rica from December 2nd to 4th, 2022.

The seminar will be offered separately for coaches and athletes; you choose which one you want to attend. The coaches' seminar will be held on Friday, December 2nd, Saturday, December 3rd, and Sunday, December 4th, with varying times that will be communicated to you in advance. The athletes' seminar will be held on Saturday, December 3rd, from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. We will announce the location via social media and send a notification to your email address in the coming days.

APPLICABLE GENERAL RULES:

  • DOER reserves the right to register and admit to the seminar
  • DOER expects all participants to maintain respectful, ethical, and positive behavior at all times during the seminar. Any conduct contrary to these standards will entitle DOER, at its sole discretion, to ask the participant to leave the seminar.
  • DOER has zero tolerance for sexual harassment or sexually suggestive behavior (understood as comments, words, acts, jokes, etc. of a sexual nature) that is unwanted by the person receiving or observing it, and therefore reserves the right to remove from the seminar anyone who engages in this type of behavior.
  • The participant acknowledges that the event's success depends not only on DOER but also on its partners, international athletes, speakers traveling to the country to deliver the seminar, and the owners of the venues where it will be held, among others. Therefore, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond DOER's control, DOER reserves the right to modify the dates, times, and location, and/or to cancel or postpone the event after notifying the participants.
  • The photographs and videos resulting from the event will be the sole property of DOER, which may use them to promote the event or for illustrative or reference purposes on its social media, website, etc. By registering for the seminar, participants irrevocably and perpetually assign to DOER their image rights resulting from the event so that DOER may use them for the purposes described above.
  • Participants declare that by registering for the seminar, they give their informed consent to DOER to maintain their data in its internal database, the processing of which will be governed by the provisions of Law No. 8968, the Law on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, and its Regulations. They also understand that their personal data will be used solely for DOER's internal organizational purposes and for sending commercial, advertising, and informational communications.
  • Participants are responsible for the safety of their belongings at all times during the seminar. DOER is not responsible for any loss or theft of these items.
  • Registration for the seminar includes various products and benefits from the brand and Training Think Tank.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Registration for the seminar will open on October 18, 2022, on our website https://www.doerfitness.com/ . The last day to register and pay will be November 18, 2022, subject to availability. DOER reserves the right to extend the dates.
  2. Payment methods vary depending on the payment method you choose, as detailed below.
  3. Once you pay – using any of the payment methods detailed below – you will be registered for the seminar. You will receive a confirmation email and a ticket with your code.
  4. The price will vary by phase. Phases will be defined by a limited number of slots and dates; DOER reserves the right to increase the number of slots and dates for each phase.

Phase 1: 

Athletes $295 (includes Seminar and General Meet & Greet)

Coaches $880 (includes Seminar and General Meet & Greet)

Coaches + Meet & Greet VIP $950

Phase 2:

Athletes $355 (includes Seminar and General Meet & Greet)

Coaches $980 (includes Seminar and General Meet & Greet)

Coaches + Meet & Greet VIP $1,050






Dates and quotas for each phase will be announced by DOER on their social media channels. Stay tuned!

  1. If you are going to make the payment in colones, the amount will be subject to the BAC selling exchange rate on the day of payment.
  2. Under no circumstances will DOER issue refunds or credits for future seminars, events, activities, or products in its catalog. If you pay and for any reason cannot attend the seminar, you may transfer your spot to another person; otherwise, DOER reserves the right to cancel your registration and make the spot available to someone else.
  3. If you are going to transfer your space, it is important that you inform DOER in advance, no later than November 25th. You must notify them via WhatsApp at (506) 70190765 or (506) 21028528 and you must provide the full name, ID number, email address, and phone number of the person to whom you are transferring your space.
  4. Since we don't want you to miss out on this very beneficial seminar, we offer two payment options to suit your needs:

  1. A single payment of 100% of the price (defined above according to phases):

If you choose this option and are unable to attend the seminar, you can transfer your spot to someone else by following the steps outlined in point 7 above. If you are unable to find someone to transfer it to, please note that DOER will not issue a refund (see point 6 above).

The payment methods for this option are as follows:

  • Multimoney (from 3 to 6 months term zero interest or 60 months term with interest of 2.10% without penalties for extraordinary payments)

  1. Divide the payment into two installments of 50% each. This option will be called "Credit Option".

If you choose the Credit Option, the conditions are as follows:

  • You must pay the first 50% on the same day you register.
  • The last day you have to complete the payment is November 18th.
  1. If we have not received full payment by the end of the day on November 18, DOER reserves the right to cancel the order and make the space available to another person. Please note the information in point 6 above.

  • If you are unable to attend the seminar, you can transfer your spot to another person, who will then pay the remaining 50%. If you do not notify DOER, do not transfer your spot, or the person to whom you transferred your spot does not pay the remaining 50%, that person will not be entitled to attend the seminar, and DOER will not be responsible or issue a refund, as per points 6 and 7 above.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “MEET & GREET”

Before proceeding with your Meet and Greet registration, you must read, understand, and accept the following terms and conditions:

The Meet & Greet (“M&G”) consists of the option to meet and share with the team of athletes and coaches who will be teaching the TTT seminar.

Location: It will take place at the same venue as the seminar. You will be notified via social media and email in the coming days.

Schedule:

For general admission: it will be from 3 pm to 6 pm

For VIP tickets: it will be from 6 pm to 8 pm

APPLICABLE GENERAL RULES:

  • DOER reserves the right of registration and admission
  • DOER expects all participants to maintain respectful, ethical, and positive behavior at all times during the Meet & Greet. Any conduct contrary to these standards will entitle DOER, at its sole discretion, to ask the participant to leave the Meet & Greet.

  • The participant acknowledges that the event's success depends not only on DOER but also on its partners, international athletes and speakers traveling to the country to conduct the seminar, and the venue owners, among others. Therefore, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond DOER's control, DOER reserves the right to modify the dates, times, and location, and/or to cancel or postpone the event, after notifying participants. A minimum number of participants is required for the seminar to proceed; otherwise, it will be canceled.
  • The photographs and videos resulting from the event will be the sole property of DOER, which may use them to promote the event or for illustrative or reference purposes on its social media, website, etc. By registering for the Meet & Greet, you irrevocably assign to DOER your image rights resulting from the event so that DOER may use them for the purposes described.
  • The participant declares that by registering for the Meet & Greet, they grant their informed consent to DOER to maintain their data in its internal database, the processing of which will be governed by the provisions of Law No. 8968, the Law on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, and its Regulations. They also understand that their personal data will be used solely for DOER's internal organizational purposes and for sending commercial, advertising, and informational communications.
  • DOER does not guarantee that participants will be able to obtain signatures, autographs, photographs, videos, or any other items from the coaches and athletes leading the seminar. This will depend entirely on the time, availability, and willingness of the coaches and athletes to do so.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  1. Registration for the Meet & Greet will open on October 18, 2022, on our website https://www.doerfitness.com/ . The last day to register and pay will be November 18, 2022. DOER reserves the right to extend the dates.
  2. Once you pay the ticket price, you will receive an email with the confirmation and ticket with your code.
  3. The M&G will have two options:
  1. “ General Meet & Greet ”: includes a talk and Q&A sessions
  2. “ VIP Meet & Greet” : includes a talk, Q&A and access to a VIP dinner with the seminar staff

  1. The price will vary by phase. Each phase will have limited spaces, and DOER reserves the right to increase the number of spaces and add dates to each phase.
  • Phase 1:

“Meet & Greet General ”: $35

“ Meet & Greet VIP”: $125

  • Phase 2:

“Meet & Greet General ”: $45

“ Meet & Greet VIP”: $137
