Congratulations! Costa Rican BMX freestyle street rider Álvaro Esquivel López was crowned champion of the pro street category of the 2022 Latin Cup, which took place this past December 3rd and 4th in Mexico.

The Costa Rican expressed his excitement and happiness on social media after winning this important award in his sport, in which 11 Latin American countries participated.

"Definitely thanks to God who always opens doors for me and makes everything flow, the level was extremely good, 11 different countries present at the competition, it was an impressive event; I love MEXICO weeeey," Esquivel wrote.
